What is SSONE?
SSONE provides global network acceleration, often called a VPN or proxy subscription service. It offers nodes in multiple regions across multiple platforms. Performance depends on your local network, node load and other factors.
How do I register for a free trial?
Select Register on the official homepage and complete the steps shown. New users can try the service for free; your account shows the allowance, duration and instructions.
Which devices and clients are supported?
Windows, macOS, iOS, Android and compatible routers are supported. Follow the platform tutorials to import Clash or Shadowrocket subscriptions, or use compatible clients such as Surge, Quantumult X and Stash.
Is there a device limit?
There is no limit on the number of devices. Devices share the traffic allowance and peak bandwidth of your plan.
What does a plan’s speed mean?
The listed speed is peak bandwidth, not a guaranteed sustained speed. Your local network, device, node load and destination service affect actual speed.
What does a node’s multiplier mean?
The multiplier determines how usage is deducted. Transferring 1 GB on a 1× node uses 1 GB of allowance; on a 2× node it uses 2 GB. Check the multiplier displayed for that node.
What if I run out of traffic?
Wait until the next traffic reset date, or purchase a self-service traffic reset from the dashboard. Check the displayed price and reset details before proceeding.
Which payment methods are supported?
Use only the payment methods currently offered at checkout. Do not pay personal accounts outside the website.
Can purchases or account balances be refunded or withdrawn?
Purchases are non-refundable, without exceptions. Recharged balances cannot be refunded or withdrawn. Use the free trial and check suitability before purchasing or adding funds.
Do you provide invoices?
Invoices are not provided. Please confirm that this is acceptable before purchasing.
How can I get support?
Sign in and describe the issue in a support ticket, or use the official Telegram link on the website. Never share passwords, verification codes or subscription links in public chats.
